Getting Started

To assist you with branding and professionalism. Your Business Logo is your company’s identity and is one of the main things that makes your business memorable. It is how you are recognised within a very competitive market. Your logo will appear on any report and document you download from Complycare. Your educators will also see your logo on any emails sent to them.

Click through the side bar to ‘Business settings’. Enter or change any business details and click ‘upload Logo’ to select your image file.

To simplify policies and plans you create. Your office details will be automatically integrated into policies and plans; and your educators and coordinators will need to be assigned to an office. You may add any number of offices your business manages.

Yes. There are currently two different account users that can have access to the software. The level of authority is determined by the account user type. Administrators have maximum access and all editing rights. Coordinators have access to educator details, documents and reports. Coordinators can schedule home visit records to educators and complete home visit reports.

Go to ‘Staffing Arrangements’. Click on ‘Staff Records’. To your right you will see ‘Add new member’ icon. Follow the instructions to add your staff. Here you can determine their user-access level by selecting the type of account user they will be.

My Complycare Account

No. Your Complycare account is for your FDC Business. Therefore, you can have any number of offices linked to this account for no extra cost. Within Settings, you can add, edit and delete your office details.

Click on your name in the top right corner. Select the ‘Update Password’ tab and change your password to something you remember. Don’t give your password to anyone.

Go to complycare.com.au, click sign in and then ‘Forgot Password’. Follow the instructions provided. Click ‘Send Email’. You will be emailed a temporary link to update your password.

Pricing and payment

Complycare subscription is based on a tiered system which relates to the number of educators you have registered with your service. Complycare is free for up to 15 educators. Please see our pricing page for more plans.

Yes. Through the Settings menu, you can download an invoice through the Subscription.

You can choose to pay either monthly or annually. Complycare accepts credit card payments and bank transfers. Paying or upgrading your account can be accessed through Settings/Subscriptions.

You can feel confident knowing that Complycare automatically notifies your educators of all of their expiring and expired documents, as well as informing you on your dashboard. Additionally, all of your educator home visits can be scheduled and organised using your own calendar. Complycare has templates for your home safety check, monthly home visit and the 7 quality areas. Reports are automatically generated and can be downloaded, emailed and archived. All of this can be done on any device, from anywhere, giving you peace of mind that all of your reports are safely stored and easily retrieved for audits.

Yes and No. Your educators will be notified via SMS or email that a home visit has been scheduled. You can select what type of home visit you will be doing. For example; their initial home safety check, monthly regular home visit, quality area check or even a home safety check. However, for unannounced visits, you can select to ‘hide’ the visit from an educator.

Yes. Your coordination unit can digitally schedule, conduct, record and share their home visit reports, saving lots of time by reducing the need to copy information, double handle documents and write reports.

Yes. Not only can you reschedule, the previously scheduled visit will be logged in the educator’s profile under Home Visit History.

Through the Settings, then click ‘home visit template’. Click on the red circle icon on the top right side with the plus sign to create your own template. You can build your template by ‘adding sections, items and questions’ as well as edit our text so that it reflects your scheme’s requirements. Or if you prefer, simply use our record templates.

Service Management

Automatic SMS and email reminders will be sent to educators when any of their documents have less than the minimum number of days before expiry. You will also be notified of expiring and expired documents via your dashboard.

All contact details, availability, qualifications, compliance documents, relatives details, visitor log, home visit reports and a history of assigned coordinators can be found in the educator profiles.

Complycare has made it much easier and faster to complete your Quality Improvement Plan. We have eliminated your requirement to copy/paste, and type large amounts of text and attach past evidence. The Quality Improvement Plan provided in Complycare has the ability to be a living document. This means, that any evidence or report documented within Complycare during the year can be linked to the Quality Improvement Plan. All required details within Complycare’s QIP has been guided by the ACECQA template.

General FAQ

Yes. When assigning educator documents, click the photograph icon to upload evidence for any certificates or licenses. You can upload images, documents or PDF files. When doing fieldwork and responding to each question, you can also add your notes and take and attach photos. Simply look for the photograph icon and select the image to upload.
